Cream Lilies

Hey Lovelies! I wanted to do a more neutral work appropriate mani for you today. I understand that some jobs have different rules on what is appropriate and not but this is just my take on it. With that being said for this look I used 2 coats of Essie's Brooch the Subject and then went in with Wet n' Wilds Black Creme and stamped MASH plate 49. I sealed it all in with my favorite Seche Vite top coat and VOILA!

Memorial Day Weekend Mani

Hey lovelies! For this Memorial Day look I started out with one thin coat of Sally Hansen's Extreme White On. Once that is completely dry I did 3 layers of a red to blue gradient using Wet n' Wild's I Red a Good Book and Sinful Colors Midnight Blue and then with Sally Hansen's Extreme White On I stamped MASH's plate 49. Finally I added a thick coat of Jordana's Crystal Glitter and sealed it all in with my Seche Vite Top Coat.

I hope you all are having a wonderful and safe Memorial Day Weekend!

Under The Sea

Hey Lovelies! For this look I started off with a beautiful light to dark blue gradient using Essie's Mint Candy Apple and Bobbing For Baubles. Then I went in with Wet n' Wild'd French White Creme and stamped MASH plate 43 for the bubbles and plate 37 for the cute octopus. To top the look off I threw on a coat of Jordana's Crystal Glitter on my ring finger so that the sea sparkles.

Hope you all are having a beautiful Friday!

Twisted Hair 1st Attempt

Hey Lovelies! I I meant to post this a few months ago but I forgot about it until just now HAHAHA! I have always suffered form the dreaded frizz monster all my life but it gets extra dry and frizzy during the Summer. Now don't get me wrong I love my crazy, wild mane very much but sometimes it's nice to tone it down a bit and have more "put together" curls. All I did for this look was I took a quarter size amount of Pantene Pro V Breakage to Strength and applied it to the 2 inch section of hair I was twisting. Once the conditioner was distributed though the hair I would start from the center part of the 2 inch section of hair and start wrapping it around my finger till it was twisted all the way to my scalp and then I would slowly let go of the hair and twist the ends. I continued that process over my entire head which took me maybe 20 mins. Once my head was fully done I sealed in my ends with Olive Oil and let it air dry. After it wall all dry I separated each strand one to two times and then pulled my bangs back and pinned them up. I was able to wear this look for a good three days with minimal frizz. Hope you guys enjoy!

I am in love with how my pinky nail came out! If you want to learn how I achieved this look check out my step-by-step tutorial on how to water marble CLICK HERE.

MASH Set of 25 Nail Art Image Plates (26-50) Review

Hey Lovelies! My new set of MASH Plates came in the mail a few weeks ago and I immediately had to rip them open and stare at them like a five year old looking into a candy store window! Look how gorgeous these look!! I bet your drooling over these too now!

Each plate comes individually wrapped in plastic and with a blue protective film on the plate. Make sure you remove the blue protective layer before stamping. I didn't know this when I got my first set of plates a few years ago and I thought they were defective because the images wouldn't transfer onto the stamper. I bet you can guess how dumb I felt once I figured it out!

The first thing I noticed when I opened them up was that they put a backing on every plate to reduce the sharp metal edges and the slipperiness of the plates. MASH's first set of plates were very sharp, hard to pick up and moved around due to no backing on them. The new plates have smooth edges and  a great grip.

Sorry a few of the plates are a bit scratched but I just couldn't wait to try them out! Also, it's really hard taking pictures of the plates where your head and camera aren't in them so I'm sorry they are a bit dark. Enough blabbering! Here are the amazingly awesome plates!

Some of the plates that really excited me when I looked through them for the  first time are #37 with the super adorable octopus, owl, tree branch and clouds. #49 with a full image stamp of stars. #33 and 34 with the zodiac sings and #35 with the Fleur de lis since my husband and both brother-in-law's are all Eagle Scouts.

I am extremely impressed with these new MASH Plates. I was really excited to see that there are more full sized images and single image plates then the french tip design plates seeing as I really don't use them. The size of the plates images are a great size and fit my nails flawlessly. The only complaint I have is I wish they were a bit more eco friendly and wouldn't wrap every plate individually in the plastic since they all have the blue protective film on them.

If you are interested in getting your own set of MASH Plates you can order them from their website HERE. I hope you guys enjoyed this review because I had so much fun doing it!
